SweetBeam, the marketing specialist focused exclusively on the in-house guests of luxury hotels and resorts, has partnered with Fairmont The Palm to help the beachfront Dubai resort engage with its guests more actively with tailored communication.

Fairmont The Palm is the third property on Dubai's Palm Jumeirah to commission SweetBeam’s services. SweetBeam is providing the resort with its full range of guest communication services including marketing expertise, guest intelligence & data analysis, and visual display services. The services have previously helped hoteliers increase in-house guest spending by 23% on average and deliver a new, highly profitable revenue stream.

With this latest partnership, the firm now offers its marketing services to 11 hotels and resorts in Dubai and an additional 11 properties in top global destinations, including Grand and Park Hyatt, InterContinental, JW Marriott, Jumeriah, Kempinski, Le Méridien, Monte-Carlo SBM, Shangri-La and Westin.
