Java Jolt has fully opened in Dubai's Silicon Oasis, offering organic and freshly made patisserie items, salads and sandwiches.

Situated on the first level of Le Solarium Tower, the new venue serves residents and office workers in the district

Java Jolt marketing manager Jenny Taylor-Gallagher said: “There are only a handful of eateries in the Dubai Silicon Oasis area and we wanted to provide something different for the people who work and live in the area. Our Chef Khomotšo Leluma has worked in some of the finest five-star hotels in South Africa, and brings with him a wealth of experience and ideas.”

Jove Jolt offers a variety of coffees, made of organic, hand roasted coffee beans; alongside this, it also serves organic teas, bagels, muffins, salads and sandwiches, with bread baked on-site using organic whole-wheat flour.

The café features an indoor seating area, outdoor terrace and a dedicated area for reading with popular titles on the shelves.
