Hotel marks first new build Sheraton-branded property in the city in over 30 years

Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide has opened the Sheraton Grand Hotel, Dubai, marking the first new-build Sheraton-branded hotel in the city in more than 30 years.

Located in Dubai’s business district on Sheikh Zayed Road, the 54-storey hotel features 654 rooms, suites, and serviced apartments, as well as a business centre, Shine Spa for Sheraton, a fitness centre and rooftop swimming pool, three restaurant and lounge concepts, and a Sheraton Lounge in a three-tower mixed-use development.

The hotel comprises 416 guestrooms, 58 suites including two Presidential Suites, as well as 180 serviced apartments in one- to three-bedroom configurations.

All rooms are equipped with signature Sheraton amenities, including Sheraton Sweet Sleeper beds, as well as free Wi-Fi, LED TVs, tea and coffee-making facilities, and work spaces with views over Dubai.

F&B concepts at Sheraton Grand include all-day dining restaurant Feast with live stations, Link@Sheraton Café in the lobby, and Dawn & Dusk, the rooftop pool and lounge. The dishes all feature the Colour Your Plate nutrition colour code, designed to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

The business and meetings centre features six meeting rooms, and one size-adaptive ballroom. New for the Sheraton Grand Hotel is a StarMeeting Concierge Service team, which offers personalised service for events.

One the 52nd floor, the Shine Spa offers nine treatment rooms and one couples suite. It also features a sauna and steam room, an ice fountain, an indoor pool, and a relaxation area.
