The Rib Room opens at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray

This marks the second The Rib Room in Dubai after the first location in Jumeirah Emirates Towers

Jumeirah Zabeel Saray on the Palm Jumeirah has opened British restaurant, The Rib Room, this month.

Specialising in grilled meats, The Rib Room has opened on the mezzanine level of the hotel’s east wing, open for both lunch and dinner.

The restaurant reflects the original The Rib Room restaurant that opened in 1961 at Jumeirah Carlton Tower, London, UK.

Jumeirah Zabeel Saray executive chef Neil Foster said: “From the perspective of a British executive chef, The Rib Room brings the best of British tradition with a contemporary twist, definitely a great new culinary option for the resort that we are excited to offer our guests."

Headed by restaurant general manager Eoin Whelan, the restaurant will feature indoor dining and an outdoor terrace, along with a stylish copper-topped bar, private dining rooms and a lounge area. Two feature displays will also showcase over 750 beverages.

Fernando Gibaja, general manager of Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, said: “In line with Jumeirah Zabeel Saray’s commitment to enhancing guests’ experiences, the launch of The Rib Room is an incredibly exciting prospect for everyone involved in the resort’s next phase of growth.”

This is the restaurant's second venue in the UAE, with the first located in Jumeirah Emirates Towers.
