Seventh Hilton Garden Inn in KSA signed in Yanbu
Management agreement with Hamad & Ahmed Mohammed Al-Mozaini Real Estate Company
Hilton Worldwide has signed a management agreement with Hamad & Ahmed Mohammed Al-Mozaini Real Estate Company to open Hilton Garden Inn Yanbu.
The property in the Red Sea port city is the seventh to be signed for the mid-scale brand in Saudi Arabia and is expected to open in early 2017.
It will feature 239 guest rooms and will be located in a mixed use development of leisure, residential and retail units, in the harbour village area of Yanbu’s waterfront.
“Saudi Arabia has our largest pipeline anywhere in the Middle East with 23 hotels under development across the brand portfolio,” said Hilton Worldwide Middle East and Africa president Rudi Jagersbacher, who topped this year's Hotelier Middle East Power 50 list.

The hotel will feature 1100 square metres of meeting space, as well as leisure facilities including fitness centres, an outdoor swimming pool and retail outlets. Guests and local residents will also be able to enjoy an all-day dining restaurant and a garden lounge.
It will also offer complimentary Wi-Fi and the 24-hour Pavilion Pantry, which provides a range of snacks, sweet treats and beverages.
