A selection of the leading water brands for middle east hotels
S.Pellegrino comes from a source located in the Brembana Valley in San Pellegrino Terme in Italy. During a 30 year filtration process the water acquires unique organoleptic characteristics and a persistent “perlage” — obtained with a natural carbonate — which creates a balanced structure.
The beneficial properties of the source had been known to local people since ancient times, but attained wider popularity in 1899 when the water was first bottled and exported all over the world. More recently, S.Pellegrino mineral water has unveiled a new look, with a special edition design featuring Italian tenor Luciano Pavarotti.
Bottled at the source since 1826, every drop of evian takes more than 15 years to filter through mineral rich glacial sands in the French Alps. Bottled at the source in a state of the art facility, evian’s purity complements the flavours of fine food and ensures it is the natural mineral water of choice for the most selective accounts in the region.
In October 2013 evian launched its latest evian limited edition bottle in collaboration with Elie Saab, the Middle East fashion brand, available across the region in selected restaurants, exclusive retailers and gourmet stores.

LIQUID OF LIFE
Liquid of Life’s bottle-free dispensers come with an in-built filtration system, offering an alternative to plastic bottles.
With filters that are tested and accredited by ANSI and NSF, Liquid of Life claims that independent laboratory tests show that tap water contains fewer bacteria than water from most bottled water coolers, making the bottle-free dispensers an alternative and healthy source of drinking water throughout a hotel property.
In addition the bottle-free dispensers not only reduce your hotel’s consumption of plastic bottled water but also the carbon footprint associated with plastic bottled water. Liquid of Life is able to conduct a feasibility study that looks at a hotel’s current water consumption and provides a cost/benefit analysis on switching to the bottle-free dispensers.
