Ras Al Khaimah’s Cove Rotana Resort organised a painting project to paint the external walls of the Specialized Centre for Special Needs in the emirate.

Twenty employees from various departments of the Cove Rotana Resort spent a day at the centre and interacted with children through activities such as face painting and games.

Cove Rotana Resort general manager Andreas Muellersaid said: “Our project demonstrates our commitment to giving back to the community in which we operate in. We remain committed in helping the children and supporting the centre in enhancing its facilities.”

Over the past two years, The Cove Rotana Resort, as part of its corporate social responsibility, has worked on projects with the Specialized Centre to improve the school's facilities and support to the special needs children’s education.

The hotel will continue to support the centre during the year by contributing toward enhancing the centre’s facilities.

The Specialized Centre was established in 2003 for the rehabilitation, support and treatment of people with special needs in the United Arab Emirates.
