Park Regis Kris Kin launches staff service award
'Managing Excellence Star' to reward staff excellence at Dubai hotel
The Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel Dubai has introduced a new staff recognition programme called the ‘Managing Excellence Star’ to reward staff achievements at the property.
Under the programme a ME Star pin is awarded to deserving members to flag up their achievements.The program focuses on contributions in areas related to cleanliness, quality and presentation of food and beverages, telephone response, maintenance, friendliness and efficiency. Staff with commendations on guest comment cards will also be recognised.
In addition to improving guest service, Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel’s general manager Scott Butcher hopes the new program will also encourage staff to be more proactive.
“Our ethos is to build mutual respect among all team members, to offer recognition when it is due, to promote new ideas and collaboration, but above all to encourage them to have fun in what they do,” said Butcher.
“Work comprises a large part of our lives and we need to make at the Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel Dubai an environment where caring and happy staff transmit those values to our guests,” he added.
