Grand Millennium Dubai’s chief concierge Khaled Kassem has been accepted into Les Clef d’Or UAE, part of the international grouping dedicated to assisting international travellers and tourists.

Khaled, who is a member of the Dubai Concierge Group, and also plays an active part in the concierge training scheme operated by the Dubai Department of Tourism & Commerce Marketing (DTCM), was congratulated by the Grand Millennium general manager Peter Mansourian in a special ceremony.

“We are extremely proud to acknowledge Khaled as a supreme example of a professional who not only performs his job well, but goes that extra mile to help out guests and enhance their stay through his intimate knowledge of Dubai and the local community,” said Mansourian.

Les Clef d’Or UAE became the 41st member country of the global Les Clefs d’Or association In January, 2010. Committed to promoting tourism and encouraging its members to network with other concierges around the globe, the association has more than 30 members in Dubai.
