Ritz-Carlton Dubai’s Blue Jade launches new lunch menus
The revamped menus feature chef Ta Van’s bento lunch and a Yum Cha concept
The two offerings, introduced by the restaurant's chef Ta Van, include a bento-style lunch serving regional specialities such as tuna tartare, tempura maki and banana sago. The Yum Cha luncheon is a four-course set menu that features a variety of steamed, pan fried and deep fried dim-sum and desserts like sticky rice balls in red bean sauce.
The Ritz-Carlton Dubai general manager Jeroen Elmendorp said in a statement: “Blue Jade’s concept is all about celebrating the mystique and authenticity of Asian cuisine in a single resort setting. As the ever changing landscape of the Dubai dining scene is forever evolving, it is important to meet our guests’ needs. We have created two new and exciting lunch menus, perfect for guests who seek an experiential but affordable dining experience.”
