Hospitality group Jumeirah launches employee wellbeing programme
Employees will receive counselling, practical guidance and support on legal, financial, family and work matters
Hospitality group Jumeirah has launched a new Employee Wellbeing Programme (EWP) to provide employees and their immediate dependents access to a range of support services.
According to officials, “counselling, practical guidance and support on legal, financial, family and work matters is now available 24/7/365 in multiple languages for all UAE-based employees”.
The service is strictly confidential and employees will receive additional support including, managerial consulting for line managers, online health and wellbeing guidance such as tips on getting fit, eating healthy, family relationships, managing stress and dealing with conflict.
The programme is a collaboration with AXA ICAS International, a leading provider for employee wellness services, occupational health and critical incident support.
