The programme — “Ignite the Leader in You” — aimed at highlighting ways to seek positive change in different areas of life, achieving a good work-life balance, personal and professional growth, as well as enhancing the welfare of the employees.

Subjects such as means of gaining greater self-awareness by understanding personal leadership and its importance in helping to manage an individual’s thinking towards becoming intentional, creating positive and sustainable change in one’s life were touched upon.
