Mina Brasserie encouraging meat-free Mondays
Will offer a special menu each week to engage with flexitarians
Mina Brasserie is launching a special vegetarian menu once a week to entice flexitarians, sister title Caterer Middle East reported.
The meat-free Mondays menu includes the likes of grilled halloumi with vine cherry tomatoes and a grilled baguette, plus roasted beets with hazelnuts, balsamic, and warm goat’s cheese.
The plant-based menu is available each Monday, but it is just an option, with the regular a la carte menu on offer as usual.
It comes after Lah Lah at Zabeel House announced it would also be introducing a number of vegan dishes to its menu.
