Medan is the new collection released from HEPP, designed with slender and gentle lines to be used in haute cuisine. Its slim look also makes it appear longer, fitting well with larger modern plates. The 18-piece range includes the usual, such as fish knife, fork, butter knife and pastry fork, as well as more unusual pieces, like a knife with an inserted blade made of knife-grade steel. Classic salad and dinner knives are also available, as are other fine dining options, such as the gourmet spoon.
