Pachanga welcomes new recruits: Hilton Dubai Jumeirah's Panchanga restaurant has got a new restaurant manager, Luis Serol, and chef de cuisine, Matias Ayala. Serol joins Pachanga after spending nearly a decade in restaurants as a manager and co-owner. Ayala has worked in kitchens in South America, New Zealand and in the Burj Al Arab.
