The first Caterer Middle East Conference was deemed an overwhelming success by industry visitors and exhibitors, with more than 150 executive chefs and F&B industry professionals turning out for the one-day interactive event held at Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai.

The day involved a series of panel sessions debating topical issues and featuring prestigious industry speakers, as well as practical workshops addressing everyday challenges.

The overwhelming, positive feedback received during and after the conference, demonstrates the industry’s need for this event – the first one of its kind to really tackle the challenges impacting the UAE’s chefs and F&B managers in this industry.
