The fifth annual awards from Caterer Middle East magazine aim to recognise the hard work and dedication of a variety of F&B professionals, outlets and companies across the region.
The Middle East food and beverage industry has grown exponentially over the past few years, in both size and strength. Featuring everything from celebrity chefs’ signature outlets and destination bars to relaxed casual dining options and in-mall coffee houses, the region has something to please every palette.
But the F&B industry is more than just the end products: it relies on a combination of skilled professionals, best practices, top suppliers, innovative products and a careful adherence to market trends and consumer preferences.
Once again, the Caterer Awards are giving you the opportunity to show your support for F&B champions across the region.
Online nominations will be accepted until 6pm on Thursday 11th April, 2013 with the winners to be announced at a glittering awards bash on Wednesday 12th June, 2013.
