These kind of issues happens every where. What if this happens at your own home. Whom to sue. It matters how the hotel management handles the issue. May be they failed to understand her issue. Still I think this is too much for mosquito bite. I wish I find that luck mossie.

the ethic of the matter , the hotel should do the following things with immediate effect after the icident,1- apology 2- replacemnt of a room with free lodging 3- free medical treatment with assurance by the doctor that this aminer and treatable injury. 4- assurance that this un delibrate and unforssen incident will not happen again and all precauation has been taking into accounts.

if she wons the case then all the 5 star hotels in the word wil get closed coz every one will start manuplating so what i think as a media person she must be given one night complementry stay as panalty thats all :)

She could not be the only guest stayed at the hotel, therefore how about the others and if all of them sue the hotel for same amount, I am sure the calculator will break down. Please do not bother the Saudi courts and kindly refer her to a mental institution.

Mosquito bites in a 5-star hotel is definitely not acceptable, if she can PRoVe that, hotel maintenance standards are responsible for current her medical situation then, She Will & Should Win @ court. ........... I suggest : The Hotel Rating should be reduced to a 2 or 3 - star hotel.

She is doing the same as she expects from her spendings, but morally not suggestable. Its not such a big thing to go ahead for this major amount to be paid to her. Well, this might be the only opportunity for her to earn money, eventhough around the world the same can happen (minor Issue) any time. Might be due tot he fact that she never travelled to foreign or may be she is influenced by Britishers.
