I am really surprise to see Thai Airlines and Turkish Airlines in this list. Where are all the other crappie airlines? I travel with both Thai and Turkish Airlines and I think both are safe. Especially last 10 years Turkish Airline trying to be best in Europe and they are doing good job. I really like to know base on what these airlines are the unsafest airlines??? I know that Turkish airlines had few crash in the past if this is the reason where is the KLM?? Or the others??

I agree with the comment above and to add that only one African airline is mentioned and SAA is by far the best of the bunch - also do not see any Russian airlines? really need to understand the criterea.

As a pilot flying for one of the world's most reputable airlines (and a top ten member on skytraxx), I am grossly disappointed to see such rubbish printed on the internet. Obviously this 'watchgroup' has no idea about airline safety. Get your facts straight before you print such discriminatory mis-information on the internet. Truly sad!
