I think that the whole Alcohol issue is too permisive. The hotels need to get together and set some rules and guide lines to their clients in regards to time limits and amount of alcohol consumption for these out door events. And put it in writing to the clients when they book the events, so everyone knows the ground rules. The attitute of "Work Hard, Party Hard" translates to drinking your brains out and encroaching on every one else's sleep time and well being is unexceptable. Now the main dilemma for the Hotelier's is excepting the fact that their liquor revenue will decrease some, but the party animals will always find a place to "shindig". So lets see how well policies will be enforced. Amen.
