Hossam Shaaban has been appointed as the director of food & beverage at the Crowne Plaza Dubai.

Hossam has more than 16 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, having held leadership positions with brands, including Accor, Marriott, and Movenpick. His most recent assignment was as director of operations at the Aloft Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.

Commenting on his appointment, Chady Kanaan, hotel manager, said: “Hossam brings a wealth of expertise not only in F&B operations, but also across other operational hotel departments, including housekeeping, front office, and recreation.'
