Pascal Tepper French Dine-in Bakery and Bistro has opened at the French Village in Riverland Dubai Parks and Resorts.

French Chef Pascal Tepper Meilleur Ouvrier de France inaugurated the opening of his restaurant, the fourth in the country.

Michel Saab, general manager, Pascal Tepper French Bakery told Hotelier Middle East that the venue is “very elegant, classy, authentic, and uplifted in the design to reflect the French village” and made to look more bistro-like with a the wall story of Chef Pascal.

The interiors also feature different style of vitrines. The restaurant offers a kid’s corner and with an added kids menu and children’s baking sessions for families.

Dubai Parks and Resorts is one of the greatest tourism attractions in the Middle East and to be made part of this impressive new leisure hot spot is definitively adding value to our brand as we are expanding the brand further into the Middle East,” Saab said.

Adding that Pascal Tepper is a perfect fit for the French Village, Saab said: “Dubai Parks and Resorts wanted to create an authentic French ambiance and décor, and to have a Pascal Tepper outlet there, feels like a perfect fit. It is the fourth outlet of the brand in the UAE and give more visibility and exposure to the brand Pascal Tepper French Bakery.”

The Dubai Parks and Resorts will attract a completely different crowd for the bakery restaurant for which a menu change was required. Saab noted: “We had to adapt the menu but of course keeping the quality aspect Pascal Tepper is known for.

“We are having a kids menu, crepes, waffle stations, best French Croissants, and Pain au chocolat and there will be some specific speciality dishes on the season menu based on profile of visitors of parks.”

Pascal Tepper’s signature dishes, sandwiches selection, salads from the salad bar, and pastries and macaroons will be all available at the new outlet.

Chef Pascal Tepper Meilleur Ouvrier de France commented of the new opening saying: “One of my mottos in life is to always push myself to go farther.

“I’ve always been inspired to create since I was born to do baking, and when I’m surrounded by fresh ingredients of high quality combined with my love of creating dishes, I take inspiration from my surroundings, nature and colours which all lovingly go into my dishes.”

In terms of expansion, there are plans to open a different, smaller prototype in Dubai for 100-150m2 ‘Le Petit Pascal Tepper’, Saab revealed.

“We are in negotiation to sign franchise deals into Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Egypt, there will be new openings in Dubai and GCC in the [next] two years,” he added.
