Marina Social has announced its biggest menu change since opening in 2015.

With 18 new dishes created by the kitchen team, the new additions underline the restaurant’s understated and relaxed approach to dining.

Ingredients including fresh peas, wet garlic, white asparagus, mackerel and essentially British ingredients — strawberries and raspberries.

New dishes offer traditional flavours with a modern twist and include: citrus cured salmon with avocado purée and salted cucumber; green asparagus with a two-hour slow cooked egg; moules marinières, steamed seabass with coco beans and lamb loin with dauphinoise potato.

The dessert menu comprises white asparagus cheesecake with raspberry and thyme jam; pine nut bavarois and strawberries & cream clotted cream parfait await.

The new menu aims to showcase simple, sustainable cooking.

As well as the new dishes, the restaurant, which is featured on The Diners Club 50 Best Discovery Series, will still serve classics such as the Italian beef tomato burrata and the goat’s cheese churros.
