Fifth Avenue executive chef Fernando Galbiati will be giving a fine-dining twist on the supper club with a series of intimate dinners that are set to bring a new culinary experience to Dubai.
With the first Supper Club scheduled for 2nd May, the monthly dinners will feature Italian cuisine with a regularly changing menu focussing on seasonal ingredients and complemented with fine wines.
Galbiati has crafted a menu fit for discerning gourmands. Friends and family can gather in the surroundings of Fifth Avenue, designed to evoke a golden era of decadence, and enjoy menu filled with Mediterranean flavours.
Starting at 7pm, Galbiati will introduce each of his three courses giving a brief explanation on the background, ingredients and inspiration behind each dish, whilst the head sommelier will be on hand to guide diners through the wine pairings.
Diners on 2nd May can expect dishes such as confit salmon smoked with black tea, beetroot sauce and lime emulsion followed by pan fried lamb with spiced mango purée. To finish, guests can sample tobacco cheesecake with green apple sorbet.
