Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi A desert oasis. Design was of critical importance to Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Villas inside and out, with the landscape and exterior appearance of the resort contributing to the overall image of new destination Saadiyat Island on which it is located. Landscape, architecture and planning consultancy Cracknell took the lead on the project, paying careful consideration to the sensitive location of the beach, protected as a turtle nesting area, and installing a fully-automatic irrigation system. Mature plant species, funky hammocks and quality furniture and awnings complete the natural but luxurious look.
