The Salalah Beach development in Muriya, Oman is gearing up for the launch of the Juweira Boutique Hotel.

Located 20 minutes from Salalah Airport, the hotel is designed with a classic oriental theme by Egyptian designer Adel Mokhtar. It will feature 65 guestrooms, including 21 suites that reflect an elegant yet understated style.

The hotel is situated on the Salalah Beach Marina promenade and faces the waterfront, offering waterfront views from outdoor terraces that overlook the Indian Ocean.

Dining and entertainment options will include the all-day dining at Al Fanar which serves a daily American breakfast buffet, a la carte lunch and themed buffet with a blend of international and regional cuisines and As Sammak Seafood Restaurant which offers fresh, locally-sourced seafood specialties overlooking the marina. 

There are also two pool bars: Sip n' Dip  and Al Boom Pool Bar offering snacks and refreshments; and The Lounge located at the entrance to the Marina, which will serve coffee and cake.

Other facilities include two swimming pools, an outdoor Jacuzzi, children's pool, gym, sauna and treatment rooms, beach access, table-tennis, snorkelling and water sports.

As well as Juweira Boutique Hotel, Salalah Beach is also home to freehold villas and apartments,a lagoon, golf courses and marina and the sea.

When complete, the destination will feature five five-star hotels, two marina boutique hotels, a 200-berth inland Marina and Marina Town, two 18-hole PGA golf courses, retail venues, restaurants and cafes.
