Dubai-based Jumeirah Group has signed an agreement with Azinco Holding Company to manage the Venu Bilgah Hotel, Baku in Azerbaijan.
The hotel is the second Venu-branded property to be confirmed by the group and Jumeirah’s first ever property planned for Azerbaijan.
Designed by local architect Nazim Valiev, the hotels has been constructed in a wave-like structure reflecting the style of Jumeirah Beach Hotel in Dubai.
Venu Bilgah will feature 176 rooms and suites, 14 villas, three food and beverage outlets, a 300m² spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a 15oom² conference centre.
The hotel is scheduled to open in 2011.
